Prices and information:

The price for one night is 770 SEK. This price is valid for occupancy by up to 5 people (more people on request).

Arrival from 4:00 p.m. / departure by 11:00 a.m. (can also be arranged individually)

Energiekosten (Strom) sind inklusive.

WiFi is charged at 30 SEK per day.

The final cleaning is always charged at 600 SEK.

A deposit of 3000 SEK in cash is required upon arrival.

Bed linen and towels can be hired for a fee.

We also provide a cot / pram / buggy / high chair (Stokke) on request.

Cancellation policy:

If canceled by:

90 days before arrival = 50% of the bokningsbeloppet (depositions come att behållas)

60 days before arrival = 75% of the booking number

after that, 100% of the booking amount is due. 

If we are able to rent the apartment to someone else, we will be happy to refund the difference.
